A phrase resolves out of cycling glyphs left to right, each character locking to full contrast on a staggered beat
This is the format it was composed for. Switch above to see it lay itself out for another: same animation, re-arranged for the frame.
Everything below can be changed without touching the animation. Hand the list to an agent, or edit the values at the bottom of the component file.
The phrase that resolves. Uppercase reads best in mono; spaces never scramble, so word shape is visible from the first frame. Up to ~24 characters keeps the type large.
now: SIGNAL FROM NOISE
Small uppercase label above the line, in the accent colour. Omit for a bare decode.
now: Resolving
Small uppercase caption under the rule, bottom-left. Good for a source, a brand or a channel name.
now: Motionstash
Which glyphs a character cycles through before it locks. 'alphanumeric' is the classic decode; 'hex' and 'binary' read as machine output; 'symbols' is the noisiest.
now: alphanumeric
Frames between one character locking and the next, left to right. 2–4 reads as one sweeping gesture; above that the line resolves letter by letter. Compressed automatically for long strings so the decode always finishes inside the hold.
now: 3
Show the monospace cell grid as hairlines behind the type. Each line fades as its column locks.
now: true
Show a percentage readout, right-aligned to the end of the line, that turns accent at 100%.
now: true
Position of the block in the frame. 'left' is the editorial default; 'center' suits 1:1 and 9:16.
now: left
Brand token id, one of the keys of BRANDS.
now: slate

A monospace phrase that decodes out of scrambled glyphs left to right, each character cycling through random letters then locking into its final one, locked characters at full contrast and the rest muted, with a hairline rule underneath that draws in as the line resolves.
