A vertical light-mode message thread as social proof. Bubbles should arrive one at a time and scale up from their tail corner with a small overshoot, the way iOS does, never a fade. The thread has to grow from the bottom and push its own history upward as messages land. One entry is a video attachment card with a play button and a duration pill instead of a bubble, and a tapback pops onto the final message.
